These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CareerStudioAI, including the website at careerstudioai.com, the app, and the share links it creates (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

CareerStudioAI helps you prepare job applications. Based on the profile and documents you provide and the jobs you choose, it uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to draft materials such as tailored resumes, cover letters, fit analyses, employer research summaries, first 30 days plans, role-specific proposals, interview preparation, follow-up messages, and sample creatives. It also lets you track applications and share packages through private links.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features may be labeled as beta or may be unavailable on your plan.

You keep ownership of the resumes, documents, photos, videos, portfolio items, and other information you upload or enter (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers, only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you.

You confirm that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. If Your Content includes information about other people, such as references or former colleagues, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it. Please do not upload government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive data that an application does not need.

• AI can be wrong. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular employer. The Service is designed to use only facts from your verified profile and to cite employer facts, but we do not guarantee that every output meets that standard.
• You are responsible for what you send. Review, edit, and verify every resume, letter, plan, proposal, message, and other output before you share it. Do not send anything that misstates your experience, credentials, or qualifications.
• Proposals are speculative. Strategies, proposals, first 30 days plans, and sample creatives are speculative concepts that show how you might approach a role. They are not work commissioned by, delivered to, or endorsed by the employer, and you must not present them as such. They may be based on publicly available information about the employer and may contain assumptions.
• Estimates are not advice. Fit scores, salary ranges, and offer guidance are AI estimates, not market data or professional legal, financial, or career advice.
• No outcome is guaranteed. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.
• Where the Service creates images or video that use your photo or likeness, you may only use your own likeness, and you are responsible for disclosing AI-generated media where the law or the recipient requires it.
• Similar inputs can produce similar outputs for different users, so outputs may not be unique to you. Subject to these Terms, you may use the outputs generated for you for your own job search.

Job search results come from third-party job boards and APIs (for example Adzuna, USAJOBS, JSearch, Jooble, The Muse, Remotive, RemoteOK, and Arbeitnow, depending on what is enabled). We do not control or verify these listings. They may be inaccurate, out of date, or removed, and applying for a job is subject to the employer’s and the job board’s own terms.

Employer research is drawn from publicly available web pages, such as the job posting and the employer’s website, and is cited with its source. CareerStudioAI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any employer or job board shown in the Service. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Share links let anyone who has the link view the package or profile you chose to share, without signing in. You decide who receives a link and you can revoke it at any time from the app. We record when a link was last viewed so you can see it in the app.

• Paid plans and credit packs are priced as shown in the Service at the time of purchase. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change applies to an existing subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• AI credits are used up as you generate content. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. [CREDIT EXPIRY AND ROLLOVER POLICY].

You agree not to:

• impersonate another person or upload someone else’s resume, photo, or likeness without permission;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or deceptive;
• scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass usage limits, credits, or security controls;
• upload malware or interfere with the Service or other users.

You can export your CareerStudioAI data and permanently delete it from the Account page in the app. Deleting your data removes your profile, documents, jobs, applications, generated content, share links, and usage records. Deleting your data does not cancel a paid subscription, so cancel your plan first. To close your sign-in account itself, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. See the Privacy Policy for details.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as sections 5, 12, 13, and 14, survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
